1. New Business Development
The referral of a specific investment strategy directly to investors. Tessera works with a variety of investor types including Corporations, Endowments and Foundations, Public Funds, Sub-advisors, and Family Offices. New Business Development includes all stages of the sales process from the initial introduction until the contract is signed. Tessera will help managers through each stage of the process and will also assist the manager with contract and fee negotiations.

2. Financial Intermediary Relations
On-going sales, marketing and relationship management for an investment product to Consultants and other Financial Intermediaries such as RIAs, BDs and Wealth Management Platforms. This service includes building and maintaining relationships with staff members involved at every stage of the process from the research analysts who approve products to the, field consultants, and Senior Advisors who work directly with clients and assist them with manager selection.

3. Client Services
Client service begins where new business development ends and is the on-going responsibility for meeting an investor's information, presentation and reporting needs in a timely manner. It also involves communication with clients on a regular basis regarding performance, changes in the firm, or any other issues that may affect their investment.

4. Marketing Support
All support and services required to aid in the generation of new business including the preparation of RFPs, and consultant questionnaires, submission of information to third-party databases, collateral marketing materials and presentation books, competitive analyses, client newsletters, strategy reviews, etc.
