Client Services

Client service begins where new business development ends and is the on-going responsibility for meeting a investor's information, presentation and reporting needs in a timely manner. It involves communication with a clients on a regular basis regarding performance, changes in the investment process or the firm, or any other issues that may affect their investment.

  • Objectives
    - Know the investor and their organization
    - Immediately inform when changes occur at manager's organization
    - Gain familiarity with individual objectives, guidelines and restrictions
    - Be responsive to requests for information

  • Formal Portfolio Review Meetings
    - Semi Annual, Annual or as required by the client
    - At minimum, the lead Portfolio Manager along with a representative of Tessera - other's if requested by the client
  • Informal Meetings
    - Lunch, dinner, other entertainment
    - Interaction at industry events and conferences
  • Reporting
    - Reports detailing the strategy and performance
    - Portfolio outlook and changes to the current strategy
    - Customized reports required by client
