Tessera Capital Partners, LLC was founded in 2004. The firm is a FINRA Registered Broker Dealer and a member of SIPC. Tessera is also registered with a number of States as an Investment Adviser and is registered with the SEC and MSRB as a Municipal Adviser.
Tessera is located in Pittsford, New York, which is part of the Greater Rochester area. Just South of Lake Ontario, Rochester is the second largest regional economy in all of NY State. Rochester is an international center of higher education, as well as medical and technological development. The region is known for many acclaimed universities, and several of them (notably The University of Rochester and the Rochester Institute of Technology) are nationally renowned for their research programs. In addition, Rochester has been and continues to be the site of many important inventions and innovations in consumer products. The Rochester area is currently home to corporations such asKodak,Bausch & Lomb and Xerox that conduct extensive research and manufacturing in the fields of industrial and consumer products.

Donna DiMaria, serves as the CEO and CCO of the Tessera as well as a Relationship Manager. She is currently the Chairman and the Treasurer of Third Party Marketers Association (3PM) as well as the Chair of Marketing and Communications Committee. She was formerly 3PM’s President, a position she held for nearly 5 years. Donna is a Member of FINRA’s membership committee where she serves as a voice for third party marketers. Tessera has extensive experience in the investment industry. Together, the team possess a unique understanding of the needs of plan sponsors, the viewpoints of consultants and other financial intermediaries when evaluating managers, the experience of making and closing sales as well as experience creating marketing materials and positioning investment products for sale.
Tessera’s Relationship Management team is comprised of individuals with diverse backgrounds and experience in a variety of distribution channels. This team of individuals was specifically selected so that Tessera could offer managers a multitude of opportunities to raise assets. Whether the specific strategy is offered through a separate account, mutual fund or LP, Tessera’s team has the relationships to help you achieve your asset raising goals.
